Özet: Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is used by many sectors due to its easy access and safe use possibilities. In terms of aquaculture sector: It is a chemical that is frequently used for aquaculture because it is a good disinfectant and suitable for use in the prevention or treatment of some fish diseases accepted by international federations and it has applications in the protection of fish eggs against fungal and bacterial factors. Studies have been carried out as color bleach or for the surface disinfection of fish fillets in the seafood processing industry. However, it is necessary to investigate the usability of hydrogen peroxide in the processing sector by developing existing studies.
