Özet: Interferon-free direct-acting antiviral (DAA) therapies in the chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections have low side effects. Sofosbuvir / ribavirin (SOF / RBV) therapy combination is among in the currently approved treatment regimens. Aleopecia areata is a very rarely comlication of this treatment. A case of alopecia areata developed after SOF / RBV combination therapy in a patient with chronic hepatitis C infection is presented.
