Özet: Odontogenic infections are one of the most important problems of oral and dental diseases. Dental infection can be affected by facial areas when the oral spread is easier to spread to the soft tissue. Odontogenic infections follow the pathway with less resistance along the connective tissue and facial areas. It progresses far from its source and causes significant morbidity and rarely mortality. This case is presented because of the low incidence of necrotizing fascitis secondary to odontogenic infection.
