Özet: Aim: We asked whether IL-2 propagated lymphocytes from patients with Epstein-Barr virus disease are different from IL-2 propagated cells of healthy donors and our study comes through helping about vaccine produce that use for cell therapy. Material and Method: We took blood samples from patients in policlinic or clinic. First we determined patient with Epstein-Barr virus disease by PCR and then we phenotyped of lymphocytes by Flow cytometry. Results: All T lymphocytes expressed TCRa/b, Granzyme B, CD2, CD86 and CD3 but were not expressed CD56, CD25 and TRAIL. Especially T lymphocytes that EBV PCR positive were not expressed CD16 and CD95-L. On the other hand T lymphocytes from healthy donors expressed CD16 and CD 95-L but not expressed CD80. Conclusions: As a result of infections such as Epstein-Barr virus, CMV, there are differences in T cell receptors.
