Özet: Many adverse events and side effects may occur due to antibiotics. Clindamycin is an antibiotic in the linkosamide group and the most common side effect is the development of antibiotic-associated diarrhea and pseudomembranous enterocolitis due to Clostridium difficile. In this article, a 36-year-old woman who developed papulopustular skin rash, leukocytoclastic vasculitis and oral candidiasis on the second day of clindamycin treatment was presented and the literature was reviewed.
