Özet: Bone and mineral metabolism disorders are common in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). These patients are susceptible to fractures. Bilateral femoral neck fracture secondary to renal osteodystrophy is a rare complication. We report a case of CKD with bilateral spontaneous femoral neck fracture associated with secondary hyperparathyroidism and osteoporosis.
