Özet: The perceptions of students who received pedagogical formation education in Akdeniz University Faculty of Education regarding the unethical behaviors related to the teaching profession were investigated and descriptive method was made. 343 students were included in this study. To determine students' perceptions about unethical behavior, The data of this research was obtained the scale named “Teachers' Perceptions of Unethical Behaviors Related to Teaching Profession Scale”. Cronbach Alpha value was found to be 0.91. The reliability values of each sub-dimension were calculated as 0.77 relationships with students, 0.82 responsibilities related to the task and 0.83 relationships with colleagues. In the analysis of the data, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis H tests which are non-parametric tests were used. As a result of the research; it was found that there was a significant difference between students' perceptions about unethical behaviors department/group and gender variables and it was observed that the students rejected unethical behaviors in general. Additionally, when students' perceptions of ethical violations were examined, it was found more in the sub-dimension that responsibilities related to the task.
