Özet: The aim of this study is to evaluate the support education program applied to gifted students. The population of the research consists of teachers and students in the general talent field in the support education program which is being studied in Adıyaman Science and Art Center. The sample of the study consists of 10 students and 7 teachers selected from the same population. A descriptive model was used to determine the views of students and teachers about the support program. In this study, which was conducted with qualitative and quantitative research approach, document analysis and interview technique were used. The qualitative and quantitative data of the research were collected through “Support Training Program Evaluation Teacher Questionnaire Form” and “Support Training Program Evaluation Student Interview Form” prepared by the researcher based on the criteria for program evaluation in the literature. The support training program was analyzed based on the objectives, content, teaching-learning process and evaluation criteria. The data obtained through the interview form were evaluated by descriptive analysis. When both quantitative and qualitative results are considered, it can be concluded that the support curriculum prepared for the Science and Art Center is prepared in accordance with the principles of gain regulation in the dimension of gain. However, it has become necessary to revise the support curriculum according to the needs of students and teachers in terms of content and educational status. The assessment and evaluation dimension of the program has to be revised from the perspective of teachers, but it has been found out that the test cases dimension of the program complies with the principles of measurement and evaluation. With this research, it is thought that gifted students will gain an effective perspective to the support training program prepared to realize the identified skills at the highest level.
