Özet: Natural disasters as well as pandemics have significant negative effects on education in addition to their health, safety, economic, social, and psychological consequences. The problems caused by remote education have caused some problems in terms of both teachers, students, and parents. The study aimed to determine the resilience expectations of teachers after the pandemic. This situation is important for teachers' educational life. The study was carried out with a case study design, which is one of the qualitative research methods, and an easily accessible sample, which is one of the purposeful sampling types. The research is limited to the sample group and measurement tool. 20 volunteer teachers working as primary school teachers in the spring semester of the 2019-2020 academic year constitute the sample of the study. The research data were developed online by the researcher, collected with a semi-structured interview form, and analysed by content analysis method. According to the results of the study, it was found that teachers mostly worried about getting sick due to the virus and expected administrative solutions institutionally in the process of returning to school. To do this, it is recommended to provide the necessary support periodically to reduce the anxiety levels of teachers and increase their well-being.
