Özet: This study sheds light on the impact of the endowment on social life in the city of Jerusalem during the period of the Ayyubid and Mamluk rule, through the book al-Uns Al-Jalil bi-Tarikh al-Quds wa al-Khalil (The Glorious History of Jerusalem and Hebron). The study focused on the most important educational, religious and social institutions mentioned by Mujir al-Din in his book and the names of the endowers for these institutions. The researchers have used references and other sources to elaborate on the impact of these endowment institutions on social life in the city of Jerusalem.
