Özet: ar enتحاول الدراسة التعريف بفن الكتابة في فضائل بيت المقدس وبدايات ظهوره وحركة تطوره، مع استقراء لأهم ما كتب فيه ومضامينها، مع الرد على شبهات المستشرقين التي يدخلون من هذا الباب للتشكيك في مكانة بيت المقدس، مع دراسة دور هذه الكتابة المواكبة للحروب الصليبية في صناعة وعي جماهيري يؤسس لخلفية فكرية تساند معارك الصراع الإسلامي والصليبي.
