Özet: The Mediterranean Sea is considered an aquatic biodiversity hotspot that hosts approximately 782 fish species and 72 of them are categorized as endemic. However, non-native species introductions that are of natural or human-mediated origin have posed a major threat to the biodiversity of the Mediterranean Sea which is showing high rates of endemism. Here, we represent historical and recent updated data alien ( Champsodon nudivittis, Nemipterus randalli, Pterois miles, Scarus ghobban, Scomberomorus commerson), neonative (Seriola fasciata, Sphoeroides pachygaster) fishes spreading on the Aegean Sea.
