Özet: The soil lost due to the tunnels built in the ground causes surface collapses and lateral movements. It is seen that in the tunnels that will pass under the existing structures, it is important to calculate the effects that will occur on the structures. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the shallow tunnel and the structure on each other by examining this problem and to suggest suitable solutions. The biggest problem in tunnel-structure interaction is the problem caused by sitting on the ground surface. For this reason, in this study, surface displacements are obtained due to tunnels close to the earth, and the forces that will occur in the upper structure due to these displacements will be examined. For this, the results obtained using the indirect boundary element method will be compared with the results obtained with finite elements. In addition, optimum solutions will be proposed by comparing with the values obtained from the literature.
