Özet: In this study, the moderator role of perceived organizational support the effect on organizational silence and employee resilience effect on turnover intention was investigated. In this context, this study was explained based on social excange theory. There search sample consisted of 129 white-collar workers working in different sectors in Istanbul. The data were collected by survey technique and the data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 program. According to these search finding, there is a significant and negative relationship between perceived organizational support and turnover intention. This result is similar to the studies in the literature. At the same time, the moderator role of perceived organizational support the effect of organizational silence on the turnover intention and the moderator role of perceived organizational support the effect of employee resilience on the turnover intention is statistically significant. As a results of the research, suggestions were presented for the managers and future researchers.
