Özet: A civil war has been waging right beside us since 2011. According to UN, 4.5 million Syrian have fled their homeland in consequence of the civil war. There are 3.2 million Syrians in Turkey according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. A minor part of the Syrians aresheltered in tent and container compounds. The rest of them are scattered into various big cities and trying to make a living for themselves on their own. Although the sheltered portion of them are considered to be in better conditions, it is well known that neither are capable of leading healthy lives. The biggest issue the Syrians are experiencing is the absence of their right to receive medical treatment mainly because of the language barriers and the lack of medication in Refugee camps. The rest are utterly helpless in their situation. Part of the refugees are registered with a temporary protection ID which enables them to attain their right to medical treatment. In this study, the refugees created by the civil war will be covered and proposals for their rights to health in order for them to lead better lives will be presented.
