Özet: Nowadays, when the use of classical migration methods is abandoned, a more rapid, more selective, more rational and more efficient method should be developed by changing the conventional work permit system. For this purpose, with the article 11 of the International Workforce Law Nr. 6735, the Turquoise Card application have been added in to the Turkish Law. The Turquoise Card will increase the attractiveness of Turkey in the international labour market. The development of the Turquoise Card application will increase the qualification of foreign employment in its sector. The Turquoise Card holder has to work to live. Therefore, according to the Turkish Labour Law Nr. 4857, it is possible for the Turquoise Card holder to work. On the other hand, in case of cancellation of the Turquoise Card, the nullity of the employment contract arises.
