Özet: Isolated tubal torsion (ITT) is a rare cause of acute abdomen. Clinically, it has no pathognomic diagnostic sign. In affected cases, radiological imaging findings are supportive of the diagnosis. For reasons of tubal preservation, it is important to bear in mind this rare condition particularly in young patients presenting with acute abdominal pain. In this paper, we aimed to report the clinical features and ultrasonographic (US) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings of a pediatric patient with ITT that was radiologically diagnosed and confirmed by surgery.
