Özet: The lack of green spaces per capita as a result of organically growing cities, unexpected population growth and destruction of the green area; it caused people to be unable to meet their needs for open spaces and recreational needs. Sustainability in urban transformation is the key point as an approach to change these situation. For those who live in the in city in order to take back the effect of distorted urbanization; infrastructure (water, sewerage, electrification, drainage, etc.), superstructure (transportation, park, square, street and boulevard) systems to do the work and connect the green spaces in the city (green network system) may be the last opportunity. In the city of Izmir it is kept at the forefront of public use, in order to use this opportunity to correct these projects in the design stage; It is adopted to reveal a new generation concept of park in which the relations with the city's location and environment in the city are handled in an integrated manner with the infrastructure and superstructure.
