Özet: The quality of the life that the employees maintain can be said to be closely related to the working life. The employees' situation in this sense may affect the business life. Therefore, there are many management policies that businesses have taken in order to be more successful by taking such situations into consideration. Flexible working hours, one of these policies; to increase employment, to provide continuity in production / service, to improve performance, and to use it effectively in a timely manner. 6th and 7th working systems, which are flexible working hours, may have different effects on the performance of the enterprises. On the 6th system the company operates 6/24 and all employees are holidaying on a certain day. In the system with 7th the company works 24/7 to work on weekdays and weekends so that it does not hinder work by working 24/7. The effects of these systems on the performance of the operator can be measured clearly by Information technologies. Performance measurement can be done more easily with electronic calculation tables which are elements of information technology. The creation of the 6th and 7th working system was done with the electronic calculation tables. In this study, it is aimed to measure the performance of the business with the electronic calculation tables of the data obtained in a business which has applied the working system of 6th and 7th. Based on the obtained information, it has been suggested which work system would be suitable for operation.
