Özet: Methotrexate; Folic acid analogue and antagonist, commonly used immunosuppressive agent. It is used as long-term and low-dose in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Although anemia, thrombocytopenia or leukopenia are rare in hematological toxicity of low-dose MTX therapy, pancytopenia is rarely encountered. Herein, we aimed to present a case with pancytopenia due to MTX use.
