Özet: In this study it is aimed to compare assertiveness and peer bullying speciallities among students from 5,6,7 and 8th classes evaluating about their doing sport habbits.Study took place at the most crowded and still active 3 schools of Bitlis Province. 185 female and 209 male totally 394 students aged 10-15 samples participated to the study. After determining general data base literatures Assertiveness Inventory by Topukçu (1982) and Peer Bullying Scale developed by Mynard and Joseph (2000) and translated in to Turkish by Gültekin and Sayıl (2005) is used. Data obtained from personal information form and Assertiveness and Peer Bullying scores and analysed with SPSS 16.0 . Arithmetic mean of descriptive statistics coded as (X), standard deviation, as (SS) and frequency as (N). Data is determined for it’s normality and homogenity, and appropriate parametric test is used through Skewness-Kurtosis test. It is clear from assertveness scores that there are significant differences among class level, birth place and education level of mother – father variables. About Peer Bullying there are significant differences among gender, level of class and doing sport variables.
