Özet: Having high potential, vast knowledge and skills, playing an active role in the management of change and achieving the objectives of the organization, creating value with the contribution of the organization, creating value with its contribution to the organization, performing more successfully than others and being envied by others, having the basic competencies of the organization The number of qualified employees is considered as skilled employee. One of the most important factors contributing to the success of all non-profit and non-profit organizations is the ability to identify, retain and retain talented employees and to implement their talent management system. The aim of this study is to explain the concept of talent management and its applications from a theoretical point of view, and to provide resources for talent management.
