Özet: Communication is a phenomenon that has emerged with the history of mankind and the world's being taken away. Human communication as a social and cultural entity; sharing of common information, training of new individuals, learning of social roles, individually; To be able to explain itself is important in terms of obtaining knowledge and skills. Organizational communication is a tool that guides the future of institutions, adds power to the institution and makes the power permanent. The fact that the input and output are human beings, as well as the fact that education is basically a communication activity, the effective application of communication management in educational organizations is more important compared to other types of organizations. Communication is the basis of education activities in schools. here is a need to establish a communication between the teacher and the student. Parents' meetings require teacher-parent and administrator-parent communication. Parents' meetings require teacher-parent and administrator-parent communication. Therefore, communication in schools is a phenomenon that cannot be ignored. The most important element that directs communication in schools, initiates the communication process and determines the nature of the communication to be established is the manager. The manager has a more effective position than other stakeholders based on the authority granted to him. In order to ensure quality in educational organizations, to make positive and successful studies, it is possible to have managers communicate with teachers, students and parents with healthy communication. When this is achieved, management becomes easier in the schools and the educational activity can be carried out in a healthy way. In addition, various organizational variables such as motivation / job satisfaction, culture, stress management, conflict management and communication technologies are affected positively in schools where effective communication process is established. Thus, it becomes easier for schools to reach the determined objectives.
