Özet: Trust is an important variable that forms the basis of the relationship in human relations. One of the most important reasons for communication to evolve to be unhealthy, inefficient and short-term is communication without trust. A person's perception of the phenomenon of trust by generalizing all of his relationship may cause him to describe this situation as traumatic and be offended. How the factors causing insecurity are important in terms of revealing the level of anger of the person. The purpose of this research is to determine and compare whether the relationship between trust and post-traumatic level of embitterment in the interpersonal communication process is significant depending on gender. For this purpose, 172 women and 171 men who are working in various sectors and have different education levels were interviewed. In the research, Sociodemographic Data Form, Confidence and Persuasion Scale, and Post-Traumatic Life-Scale Scale were used as data collection tools. While evaluating the research data, Kolmogorov - Smirnov distribution test was used to examine the normal distribution as well as descriptive statistical methods (Frequency, Percentage, Average, Standard Deviation). According to the findings obtained from the research; shows that the male gender is more important than being male to trust, not to lie for persuasion, to be consistent for persuasion, body language for persuasion than female gender.
