Özet: The importance given to business ethics in our country has been increasing in recent years. Many companies that produce and serve in various fields adopt the principle of honesty and integrity in order to sell more goods. Increasingly conscious consumers prefer the products of healthy and honest production companies. Consumer rights in our country have been developing rapidly in recent years. Studies on business ethics in our country are also new and few in number. There is a need for descriptive studies that will provide the opportunity to evaluate the situation in this regard. In particular, there is a need for the implementation of studies on the ethical behavior of managers, who have an important role in the institutionalization of business ethics rules and their results. This study is planned to fill the gap in this regard. The subject has been tried to be clarified with an extensive literature review. In addition, a survey was conducted on the behavior of airline employees (in managerial positions) regarding work ethics, and a frequency analysis was performed. According to the results obtained, it has been determined that aviation sector managers have a positive approach to business ethics and take business ethics into account.
