Özet: AIM: The support, the backing, the performing and considered as a vital right for all Mammalian, Human being, not considered with harm and guilty, as innocent as a meaning, the ethical perspective primum non-no cee as not breastfeed might be as this aspect Grounding Aspects: The grounding form Innocenti Declaration, thus the concepts are evaluated, not direct translation is confirmed Introduction: Breast-feeding is a requirement for the infants at least exclusively up to 6 months, will be given for one year’s old. General Considerations; 1-The physiological breast-feeding is a natural attitude, thus the reality reduced at the 6th years of age to 19%, so low. Therefore, supportive and care and serving is important, for the infant and for the community. Proceeding: The applications mostly summarized at 10 perspectives, especially for the information to be given. Notions: The common notions are; 1) Medically and even legally breast-feeding as a natural right for the infants, form the first hour after delivery, 2) All the approaches for the performing of the breast-feeding, 3) All administrative applications for the confrontation of the breastfeeding, 4) The manufacturer concerning the milk and other infant nutrition, must considered the mother’s milk as incompatible one and the best for the nutritional status, 5) All financial support must be to the Mother who are breastfed, 6) Individual and community must be for the facility and for performing of the breast-fed. Conclusion: With all efforts for supporting, guiding and care and act on breast-feeding. All the applications of supporting must be considered. The vital right of the Human being as all mammalian species.
