Özet: Although international trade has been established for many years, the level is not satisfactory and many international institutions have discussed this. Expected developments are not seen in the international trade. The major invisible tariffs begin at the customs gate. There is more than one country which must be passed in transit. It is very important for road transport, because the invisible barriers affect road transport much more. The greatest problems are invisible barriers: two countries making an agreement that contains a bias; tariffs are not agreed on; invisible barriers increase as more countries join; there are customs/management/transport/security/policing barriers
