Özet: March 15, 2011 in the Syrian civil war began in Turkey have been exposed to an intense influx of asylum seekers. Syrian refugees' adaptation to the social fabric and the integration of Turkish citizens into Syrian refugees are still being discussed as a sociological issue. This study aims Syrian refugees look from the cinema in the context of science communication on the matter and to reveal the relationship between neo-liberal values of the political-economic and sociological core of this problem, immigrated to Turkey Syrian refugees who started to Guest (2017) focuses on the narrative of the film. This film, which deals with the refugee problem, was selected through the purposeful sampling from the universe and evaluated by critical discourse analysis. As a result of the research carried out, the film was designed with a narrative flow centered on neoliberal values; It has been determined that the semantic integrity of a humanitarian issue such as migration and being a refugee is weakened, reflected in relation to the neoliberal consumption phenomena, and there is also a struggle with neoliberal phenomena in the depths of themes such as war, migration and refugee.
