Özet: In this study, Human Rights and Democracy of students who chose the Turkey Human Rights Education course and views on the Equality Authority were investigated. In this study, where qualitative research approach was used, volunteer students who chose the Human Rights and Democracy Education course, which is among the common elective courses of the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Faculty of Education, were interviewed. Students previously about whether Turkey Human Rights and Equality Authority, whether the information covered in this course, students were asked whether they would introduce teachers to introduce this institution they are. At the application level, using the case study method of making a reference to Turkey's Human Rights and Equality Institution and were asked to complete an application form. Finally they thought the question of Turkey to apply to the Human Rights and Equality Authority was asked. The obtained data were subjected to content analysis and the obtained results were presented. Some of the results reached in the study are as follows: Slightly more than one third of the students are aware of the Institution. Turkey was close to almost all of the participants of these courses have covered about Human Rights and the Equality Authority. Almost all students to teachers when students have positive opinions about Turkey told Human Rights and the Equality Authority. Turkey has implemented all students completing the first stage of the case study method Human Rights and Equality Authority application form. Students and slightly more than half of Turkey's Human Rights in the application side as interlocutor Institution Equality private institutions and organizations, showed a little less than half of the public institutions and organizations. The most violated right in application forms is consumer rights. The subject that students put the most emphasis on discrimination is the right to education. As a result of violations of rights, almost all of the students want the practice to be ended.
