Özet: The Covid-19 epidemic, which emerged in China in the last days of 2019 and spread rapidly all over the world, brought many global and regional problems, especially in areas such as economy, health, agriculture, policy and security. It is considered that there will be significant changes in the world order after this ongoing global epidemic. In this context, besides the discussions after Covid-19, restrictions in important areas during the Covid-19 period are also important. The European Union (EU), which is a supranational organization, has also been affected by the epidemic in various policy areas. In this study, the exam given by the EU in the field of rights and freedoms during the Covid-19 global epidemic is evaluated. It is not possible to say that it has given a very good test on human rights, which is considered one of the most important areas of the EU and included in the 2nd article of the founding treaty. Furthermore, the study discusses how the other crises of the EU like the refugee problem, which the economic crisis, the rise of the far right and the political issues that developed after BREXIT affected from Covid-19 epidemic. The study also argues that the global epidemic in question will deeply affect many areas, especially political, economic and health, throughout the world, and the world order will not be able to return to its former state after Covid-19.
