Visual acuity in patients was poor with counting fingers in 76% before surgery, After follow up of 6 months patients visual acuity of 6/6 is seen in 33.6 % of operated cases. Conclusion: Complications of PC IOL implantation can be minimized by better microsurgical techniques, magnification and the experience of operating surgeon.
