Özet: Human being is an only social animal to smile, so they are said to be social being. Anger and aggression are the factors to show the maintenance of equilibrium between external and internal stimuli. This paper discuss about various theories related to violent behavior, expression of anger, relation between anger and mental illness, management techniques, its hierarchical method of applications on the patient according to the felt-needs and the emergency situation. The aim of this paper is to explore various aspects of violence and aggression in and the various evaluative programs designed to prevent and manage violence and aggression in clinical settings.
