Özet: Transabdominal ultrasonographic examination is the imaging modality of choice in the diagnosis and confirmation of intra- and extra-uterine pregnancy. Still, it has its own limitations as the imaging appearances may vary. In this article, we present a pictorial review of ectopic pregnancy at different sites and intrauterine pregnancy associated with uterine malformations during which we experienced diagnostic dilemma regarding the origin of ectopic pregnancy and type of uterine malformations.
