Özet: Tooth discoloration can often be corrected totally or partially by bleaching. Bleaching is most opted esthetic procedure because it is conservative, non-invasive, and inexpensive. Different materials and techniques have been proposed to achieve instant whitening with no risk and relapse. The purpose of this literature review is to explain the determinant factors that influence satisfactory final results of the techniques and provide a general overview, to achieve a treatment decision based on evidence.
