Özet: The report examines the phenomenon of academic capitalism and the potential consequences of its spread, and the capacity of universities to meet the challenges of entrepreneurship as an organizational management model. Special emphasis is placed on the differentiated effect on universities, depending on the area in which they conduct teaching and research, as well as on the peculiarities of the university business model in the changing environment of the higher education schools.
