Özet: In today's global competitive conditions, it is becoming important to evaluate the elements that construct supply chains for businesses. To evaluate the suppliers’ performance in the supply chain, it is necessary to determine the criteria first and the degree of importance for criteria. It is of great importance to determine the priorities of the relevant criteria in terms of determining the suppliers or to evaluate the production performance of the different suppliers. In this study, the CRITIC method was used to determine the priorities of the criteria that were previously set for the evaluation of the performance of the suppliers of a manufacturing company. The performance scores, which were previously created by the company for 8 different suppliers, were used as a data set. 5 criteria constituting the main criteria group among 22 criteria were handled, and with the CRITIC method, the criteria weights of these main criteria were calculated.
