Özet: It is well established that fertilizers & pesticides increase agricultural production. Many research works have been made on the environmental aspect of fertilizers & pesticides. In this paper, author has made an attempt to assess the impact of fertilizers and pesticides on agricultural production of West Bengal during 2001-02-2012-13 with the help of multiple regression analysis (along with ratio analysis & theoretical study). Regression analysis clearly indicates that fertilizers and pesticides bear negative relationship with agricultural production.
