Özet: The concept of mobbing, which existed from the periods when people started to live together, but conceptually took place in the working life after the 1980s, affects all organizations. The act of mobbing affects not only the person or persons who are the target of the behavior in question, but the organization in which it is involved and therefore the society. The existing field literature was used in the preparation of the study. Mobbing is also common in health organizations. In these organizations, the profession group most affected by mobbing is nurses. Nurses working in intensive care units and clinics are exposed to more mobbing behaviors than nurses working in other units. Mobbing applied in health organizations has effects on human health, it should also be considered as a public health problem. Efforts should be made to prevent mobbing in health institutions.
