Özet: Garagoyunlu ruler Jahanshah (1437/8-1468), is considered to be the second great poet who developed Diwan poetry(an anthology or a collection of poems by one author) after Imadeddin Nasimi in Azerbaijani literature, wrote his poems under the pen name «Haqiqi» (Truth lover). A few months ago, new manuscripts that belonged to Haqiqi were discovered. These poems are written by Hamidrza Sokhrabiabad and Bulent Akin; one of them is in Cüng (Parchment Scroll) that was kept in Diyarbakir Alevis shrine and the other is in the diary that belongs to the Girkhlar (the Forties) shrine which is situated in Ilkhchi city of South Azerbaijan. The first manuscript contains eight ghazals, and the second contains three ghazals. An interesting fact is that these ghazals were recited in ritual ceremonies of Qizilbash-Alevis (Followers the mystical teachings of Ali) for a long time. The authors also note that the ancestors of the Ilkhchi Turks of South Azerbaijan had a Diwan belonging to Haqiqi. These ghazals, which will be of interest to researchers and teachers of Azerbaijani literature, are demonstrated in this article along with some new facts about the Garagoyunlu ruler Jahanshah.
