Özet: The majority of people staying in thermal rehabilitation constitute a population such as atherosclerotic heart disease, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, rheumatic diseases and geriatrics. Physiotherapists in thermal tourism should also establish a protocol for providing cardiorespiratory stability. Over the centuries societies have been aware of the close relationship between man and nature. Therefore, the origin of the horticultural treatment is quite old. Conditions such as prolongation of life, old age, disease and disability cause the individual to seek to improve the quality of life. It is also important in the prevention of congenital disabilities, the treatment of the psychological disease of human beings. Our aim is to contribute to the national economy with the development of people living in rural areas by thermal rehabilitation tourism combining with horticultural therapy which is seen as a valuable option for rehabilitation.
