Özet: ÖZET Amaç: Bu araştırmada, Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Anabilim Dallarında eğitim gören lisansüstü öğrencilerin lisansüstü eğitimdeki toplam kaliteye yönelik görüşlerini incelemek amacı ile tasarlanmıştır. Materyal ve Metod: Araştırma grubunun görüşlerini ortaya koymak amacıyla “Lisansüstü Eğitimde Kalite Yönetimi Anketi” kullanılmıştır. Bu anket formu 6 tema üzerine odaklanmış olup temalar şu şekildedir: “Yönetim ve İdari Personel Kalitesi (8 madde)”, “Lisansüstü Eğitim Kalitesi (9 madde)”, “Akademik Personel ve Danışmanlık Kalitesi (8 madde)”, “Lisansüstü Öğrenci Kalitesi (5 madde)”, “Fiziksel Koşulların Kalitesi (9 madde)” ve “Genel Değerlendirme (4 madde)” dir. Ayrıca, bu 6 tema kapsamında araştırma grubunun memnuniyet düzeylerini ortaya koymak için 5 madde yer almıştır. Anket formundan elde edilen verilerin analizlerinde lisanslı SPSS 22.0 programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma grubunun, demografik değişkenleri ve lisansüstü eğitimdeki memnuniyet düzeylerine yönelik dağılımı ortaya koymak amacıyla frekans ve yüzdelik hesaplamalar yapılmıştır. Ayrıca anket formundaki maddeler standart sapma ve ortalamalarına göre madde madde analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular: Araştırma grubu yönetim ve idari personel kalitesine yönelik maddelerden en yüksek düzeyde “Enstitüden istediğim belgeleri (öğrenci belgesi, kimlik vb.) zamanında alabilmekteyim’’ maddesine olumlu yönde görüş bildirdikleri belirlenmiştir. En düşük ortalamanın ise “Enstitü yönetimi, öğrencilerin dilek, öneri ve şikâyetleri konusunda duyarlıdır” maddesine kararsız bir yönde görüş bildirdikleri görülmüştür. Genelde diğer maddelere de olumlu yönde görüş bildirdikleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırma grubunun 48 (% 21.1)’i “Çok Memnun” ve 100 (% 43.9)’ünün ise “Memnun” oldukları görülmüştür. Sonuç: Spor bilimleri alanında etkin bir lisansüstü eğitimi için bazı eksikliklerin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Lisansüstü öğrenciler bazı problemleri ne kadar olumsuz olarak belirtmese de karar vericilere çok büyük sorumluluklar düşmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Kalite, Lisansüstü Eğitim, Spor Bilimleri, Toplam Kalite, Yönetim ABSTRACT Aim: In this study, the perceptions of postgraduate students, who received education in the departments of physical education and sports, toward quality management in postgraduate education were investigated Material and Method: To reveal the perceptions of the study group, the “Quality Management in Postgraduate Education Scale” was used. This scale focuses on 6 themes, which include “Quality of Management and Administrative Personnel (8 items)”, “Quality of Postgraduate Education (9 items), “Quality of Academic Personnel and Consultancy (8 items)”, “Quality of Postgraduate Students (5 items)”, “Quality of Physical Conditions (9 items)” and “General Evaluation (4 items)”. Additionally, within the scope of the 6 themes, 5 items were included to reveal the satisfaction levels of the study group. In the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire form, SPSS 22.0 package software was used. To reveal the distributions of the study group in terms of demographic variables and satisfaction levels in postgraduate education, frequency, and percentage calculations were conducted. Furthermore, each item in the questionnaire form was analysed in terms of standard deviations and means. Results: Findings: It was determined that the research group gave a positive opinion on the item "I can get the documents I want from the institute (student certificate, identity card, etc.) on time" at the highest level among the items related to the quality of management and administrative personnel. It was observed that the lowest average expressed an undecided opinion on the item "The Institute administration is sensitive to the wishes, suggestions and complaints of the students". In general, it was determined that they expressed positive opinions on other items as well. It was seen that 48 (21.1%) of the research group were "Very Satisfied" and 100 (43.9%) were "Satisfied". Conclussions: In conclusion, it was determined that there were several deficiencies for achieving an effective postgraduate education in the field of sports sciences. Although postgraduate students do not perceive several problems as negative, huge responsibilities fall on the shoulders of decision-makers.
