Özet: This research aims to study the spread of Corona covid 19 virus in Algeria And his role in the spread and expansion of the parallel economy that provides a safe haven and an ideal alternative for individuals who have lost their sources of income As a result of the imposition of quarantine on the country And the accompanying almost total closure of the economy By stopping economic activities. This study concluded that the Corona pandemic greatly affected the parallel economy in Algeria in the short term; by opening the way for parallel activities to operate in the market without competition from official activities Because of its mandatory suspension by the government.
