Özet: sector, with the aim of enabling strategies keep pace with development & digitization, order to contribute rationalization imports diversify & increase percentage exports outside hydrocarbons. The study adopted the descriptive approach related to the theoretical aspect, in addition to using the analytical method to analyze the numbers obtained. The study reached conclusions that reflect the importance of state to support the private companies in the maritime industry, & create mechanisms concerned with its modernization & diversification of its logistical services.
