Özet: The aim of this study was to diagnose the reality of knowledge sharing at the Lind gas-Ouargla. The descriptive methodology was used based on both the interview tool and the questionnaire, we distributed to a random sample of 55 employees. We found in this study that the level of knowledge sharing in the institution under study is medium and did not reach the level intended by officials and this is due to the culture of the institution, although it has provided means of communication to facilitate the process.
