Özet: Street foods shaped by the unique culture of each country have recently become interesting in gastronomy tourism. Street foods are an important part of gastronomic tourism, which is a good alternative especially for tourist attraction. It has been proven by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations that street food is consumed by 2.5 billion people a day. For this reason, street foods that offer unique tastes for destinations are an important potential to gain competitive advantage in the tourism industry. In order to use this potential in the best way, it should be understood that street foods should be considered within the scope of gastronomy tourism and they are an important gastronomic value. For consumers participating in tourism activities, if recognition of the local food culture, the pursuit of innovation and diversity, and access to authentic and exotic foods are the main motivation sources; street food will be a tremendous opportunity. Street food is an integral part of gastronomic tourism. For this reason, the main purpose of the study is to consider street foods as a gastronomic product in gastronomy tourism. In line with this purpose; in this study, a conceptual evaluation of Street Foods within the framework of Gastronomy, Gastronomy Tourism, Street Foods and Gastronomy Tourism has been made.
