Özet: In order to reduce the risk of postoperative mortality and pulmonary/thromboembolic complications during the COVID process, surgery is recommended 4-7 weeks after the diagnosis of COVID in elective cases. We are sharing a case of a patient with a parasitic disease such as hydatid cyst, which was detected incidentally with the diagnosis of COVID-19, who was operated 8 weeks after the diagnosis of COVID-19 and experienced postoperative pulmonary complications.
