Özet: The aim of the present study is to present the treatment outcomes of a patient with a Class II malocclusion who was treated by combined headgear and followed by fixed orthodontic appliance. 11 years and 5 months chronogical age and Cs4 skeletal period male patient visited to our clinic for orthodontic treatment due to the chief of crowding. Intraoral examination of patient showed that he had class II molar relationship on the right side and teeth a tooth molar relationship on the left side with an overjet and overbite of 4 mm. Arc length discrapancies were -10 mm in maxilla and -6 mm in mveible. Extraoral examination showed that she had convex profile ve no asymmetry. Treatment plan was bilateral maxillary molar distalization to achieve Class I molar and canine relationship ve to eliminate dental crowding. The patient denied tooth extraction and chose using combined headgear for maxillary molar distalization after describing the treatment choices including tooth extraction and maxillary molar distalization techniques with and without temporary anchorage devices. Stripping was planned to correct mveibular incisors inclinations and to eliminate mveibular anterior crowding.  An orthodontic force of 300 g per side was applied for 10 months period. After the distalization period, fixed appliances were performed for 14 months. Total treatment duration was 24 months. At the end of treatment, class I molar and canine relationships with ideal overjet ve overbite were achieved. Non-extraction treatment of extraction predicted patient was provided much better occlusion.
