Özet: Alzheimer diseases diagnoses with dementia symptoms, has insensible beginning and usually it has a slow procedure but corrosive which leads to delirium and death. Alzheimer is the most prevalence type of the dementia and it is mentioned as fourth main cause of death. The purpose of this study was to making comparison in five big personality factors and life style between male and female stricken with Alzheimer disease. In order to this, a sample of  40 female and 30 male who had enrolled their name in Iranian Alzheimer association, over the age of 65 and diagnosed with Alzheimer disease selected by purposive sampling . As observe group, a sample of 40 female and 30 male who had not been diagnosed with AD were selected by simple random sampling. Goldberg five big personality factors scale (1999) and life style questionnaire with sufficient validity and reliability were administered. Also chi-square test results, revealed meaningful difference between AD group (stricken with AD) and observed group (non-stricken with AD) in utilizing fish, olive oil and sugar. The other observed meaningful difference between this tow group was in exercising and physical activity.
