Özet: Dear Readers It is honour to welcome you to the November, 2011 first issue of the Global Journal of Guidance and Counselling (GJGC). We are grateful to the researchers for their valuable submissions and the readers showing interest to our journal. This is an international journal which will be published biannual. The articles have been reviewed very sensitively in as short time with a great team of the International Editorial Board. This is an online journal that aims to guide researchers, academics, teachers, students and the parents in the field of education. Considering the needs of guidance and counselling, and the changes in the field of science, our fundamental principles are contemporary science, validity and innovation.
