Özet: This work consists to obtain experimentally the principal characteristic of a panel with single-crystal silicon solar cells, under various conditions: climate, angle of inclination, temperature and the time of measurement a long one-day in a repetitive way. The installation has been developed in collaboration with the National Algerian Company of the products of the electrochemistry ENPEC specialized in the fabrication and the improvement of the chemical batteries for solar energy storage. Such installation of solar panels is able to test batteries of small capacity (60-150Ah under 12VDC) and great capacity (500-600Ah under 24 VDC). Towards many advantages of using solar energy, the issues raised are now mainly focused on optimizing the efficiency of the photovoltaic cell, which is around 16% (case of monocrystalline silicon) and that it is going to grow continuously through the efforts of researchers. In this paper, we present an experimental methodology in order to determine the electrical characteristics of solar modules I (V) and the energy efficiency under different conditions such as temperature, and the climate of the day which is the normal angle of the solar panel relatively to the horizontal.
